Terms of Service

1. Who can use StickerPlug

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. What the Service does

StickerPlug is a catalogue of reaction stickers you can browse, search, save on your device, group into packs and share into other apps. No account is required. Saved stickers and packs are stored on your device; if you clear your browser or app data, they are gone.

3. Stickers and ownership

Stickers in the catalogue come from people who send them to us by direct message and from other sources. We don’t claim ownership of stickers created by others. Some stickers may be protected by copyright, trademark or personality rights. You may use stickers from StickerPlug for personal, non-commercial messaging. You are responsible for how you use them and for respecting the rights of others.

If you believe a sticker infringes your rights, contact stickerplugza@gmail.com with a link to the sticker. We remove infringing content when we become aware of it.

4. Stickers you send us

When you send us a sticker, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, convert into other formats and sizes, display and distribute it as part of the Service. You can ask us to remove a sticker you sent at any time by contacting stickerplugza@gmail.com. We may reply to your message once with a download link. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others’ rights;
• use StickerPlug to spam, impersonate others or mislead people;
• overload, attack, reverse-engineer or bypass security or rate limits of the Service;
• copy the catalogue in bulk or use automated means to extract it, except through features we provide.

We may remove content or restrict access to anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Third-party services

StickerPlug works alongside other apps and services, which have their own terms; we are not responsible for them. StickerPlug is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Stickers can be removed from the catalogue without notice, for example after a takedown request.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that stickers will be available or suitable for any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using StickerPlug at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we will give notice in the Service. Continuing to use StickerPlug after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact
